ANCELLATION POLICY
Out of courtesy for our wait list patients, if you are unable to make your appointment, please call the office to cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to provide care to our patients that need services as soon as possible. If you fail to call, you will be responsible for your office visit payment in full. Thank you for your assistance.
SLIDING SCALE PAYMENT METHOD
Mountain Sage uses a sliding scale for our Acupuncture and Naturopathic services in order to provide affordable, high quality treatments for everyone. The purpose of the sliding scale is to separate issues of money from treatment; we want you to come in often enough to get better and stay better. We understand that everyone’s situation is different, and our primary goal is to make our services available to you as often as you need it. Please contact us if you have additional questions, or if you feel you are a candidate for sliding scale.
INSURANCE
We currently do not accept insurance. We are happy to provide you with a superbill, complete with ICD9 and CPT codes, which you can then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. We recommend that you check with your insurance company to determine if acupuncture and/or Naturopathic medicine is covered.
